Unique People Services 2025-2026 COLA Statement

Please note that the COLA funded by the State and the City is retroactive to July 1, 2025. UPS has already implemented wage adjustments for several staff groups, including DSPs, Case Managers, Maintenance staff, certain Fiscal staff, and OPWDD Managers.
Given these prior increases, employees who have already received a salary or wage adjustment are not eligible for an additional COLA increase. The COLA should be applied only to those employees who did not receive any prior increase during this period.
