Cait Kennedy

Cait Kennedy is a healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience in growth strategy, program development, and operational transformation. She specializes in designing and scaling innovative models for complex and vulnerable populations, with particular expertise in managed care, digital health, home & community-based services, and caregiver engagement. 

Cait is the Founder of Whistlestop Health, a healthcare strategy consultancy. She previously served as EVP of Strategy & Development at Vesta Healthcare, where she focused on the expansion of virtual care models serving Medicare and Medicaid populations. Earlier in her career, she held executive leadership roles in Strategy and Corporate Development at Humana and DaVita, and led marketing and market growth initiatives at DaVita Medical Group. She began her career at Deloitte, advising healthcare organizations on technology strategy, product innovation, and operating model design. 

Cait holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA with a concentration in Health Sector Management from Duke University.
