RALPH DECLET

Ralph Declet is the dynamic founder and principal of MBT Development Advisors, a real estate consulting firm rooted in mission-driven principles and community empowerment. With a focus on creating affordable, supportive, and market-rate multifamily housing in the vibrant New York City area, MBT proudly collaborates with like-minded organizations. This includes partnerships with not-for-profit groups, fellow MBE developers, and both public and private property owners. As the managing member, Ralph not only leads the company but is also passionate about new business development and expanding MBT’s operations.

From 2005 to 2021, Ralph served as Vice President for Real Estate Development at Acacia Networks, where he inspired and managed a talented team dedicated to various housing initiatives. His work encompassed affordable and supportive housing, as well as property management for Acacia-owned residential buildings.

As the President of Milenio Financial Services Inc., Ralph provided invaluable financial consulting and strategic guidance to small real estate developers, especially those from minority backgrounds in underserved communities. His experience as Vice President at Citicorp further enriched his expertise, enabling him to cultivate his business acumen and management skills.

In 2022, Ralph was appointed Board Member and Co-Chair of the Real Estate Committee at the NYC Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He also has the honor of serving as Chair of the Real Estate Committee for Unique People Services Board of Directors.
