Candace Griffith

Candace is a Senior Director, Human Resources for Altarum, a nonprofit organization focused on improving the health of individuals with fewer financial resources and populations disenfranchised by the health care system. At Altarum, she serves as a business partner to the enterprise’s business unit leaders and oversees the human resources function for all legal entities of the Altarum enterprise.

She brings over 15 years of diverse HR experience to the board, having worked for both for profit and nonprofit healthcare organizations, government contractors in the aerospace, defense and security sector, professional sports, entertainment, and consulting. She is a dynamic and results oriented professional who uses data and innovation to solve the most complex of problems. Candace is a strategic decision maker, strong communicator, and transformational leader.

She has a passion for volunteerism having worked with the Campagna Center, American Diabetes Association, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, St. Jude, and Volunteer Firefighters. Candace received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Sociology and Anthropology from Ohio Wesleyan University.
